Role in the programs

Vietnamese depth within a global framework

Across the executive leadership programs designed and delivered by A11, VNUHCM is responsible for the depth of Vietnamese context and the functional management dimension — complementing the strategic and global layer led by our international partner.

The curriculum follows a principle of complementary strengths, not duplication: on every overlapping topic, the international partner owns the strategic framework while VNUHCM goes deep into Vietnam-specific legal practice, taxation, ownership structures, domestic capital markets and functional management.

  • Vietnam's macroeconomic context and policy direction under Resolution 68
  • Business law, risk management and compliance in Vietnam
  • Inheritance law, taxation, ownership structures and holding models for family businesses
  • Finance and accounting foundations, plus digital and AI tools applied to operations

Participants completing the Large Enterprise CEO and Family Business tracks receive a co-certification from VNUHCM alongside the international partner's certificate.
